The STEP Office of Aging leadership team is welcoming new members!
Nikolina Cleaver will be stepping in to the Director role as Jeannie Sullivan retires. Nikolina has been at STEP since 2016, most recently serving as Social Services Manager. Tara Coleman is the new Centers for Healthy Aging Manager. Tara's predecessor, Jane Thompson, retired in March 2025, after 30 years of service to STEP. Additionally, STEP Office of Aging staff members Alissa Chamberlin and Kelsey Barnes, formerly working as Care Managers, will be Social Services Managers. Nikolina, Tara, Alissa, and Kelsey join Stacy Willits (Protective Service Manager) and Kim Lathan (Training & Program Development Manager) to form the STEP Office of Aging leadership team.
