PA211 Coordinated Intake

If you are experiencing homelessness or will be within 21 days, STEP can help get you in the 211 queue for housing support services. STEP is the Clinton and Lycoming counties PA211 coordinated intake provider. STEP can assist you with completing a coordinated intake and  if eligible place you on  the appropriate queues that, if funding allows, can help you secure or maintain housing. 

During your intake STEP will also help you connect with resources in our community. From help with a utilities bill, to housing assistance, transportation, childcare, and more our team will listen to your needs, and give you information on programs in our community that might be able to help.
