Title VI Statement & Forms

STEP, Inc. Transportation Program assures full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and its related statutes. No person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of its services, or otherwise subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.

Any person who believes that they have individually or as a member of any specific class of persons been unlawfully discriminated against may file a formal complaint with STEP, Inc. within 180 days following the date of the alleged incident.
