The ELRC 7,  operates as a regional hub of resources to help families identify the best child care options that meet the needs of the child(ren) while offering connections to additional services and resources for families with children. ELRC 7 partners with community organizations to meet families’ needs where they naturally congregate.

All Pennsylvania families are eligible for ELRC ‘s resource and referral services.
